Recipe 1 (sour cream and semolina porridge)
In order to make this at-home scrub, you have to mix some sour cream and semolina porridge together. If the mix is too thick, you can dilute it with some filtered water or daisy decoction. Massage the mix into your skin with circular motions, then wash off with warm water.
Recipe 2: (coffee grounds)
Mix coffee grounds with high quality olive oil until the mix turns into a paste, then massage into skin while applying some pressure with your fingers. Wash your face with cool water. Regular use will improve your complexion and get rid of blackheads.
Recipe 3 (cereal)
Add 3 tablespoons of cereal to hot water, then crush it with a fork and apply to your face. Once partially dry, spread all over your face while massaging your skin, then wash off with warm water or daisy or green tea decoction.
Recipe 4 (honey and lemon peel)
Mix one teaspoon of liquid honey with one teaspoon of ground lemon peel. Massage the scrub into your skin and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Wash off with warm water, use cotton swabs if needed.
Recipe 5 (cleansing scrub)
In order to make this cleansing scrub, you will need to grate fresh carrots, mix it with any grainy substance, like semolina or coffee grounds, and add milk until the mix turns into a paste. Massage into skin, leave on for 10 minutes, then wash off with warm water. It is recommend to tone your skin using frozen daisy decoction after each procedure.
