3. Summer time has you thinking about ice cold tasty drinks, but be careful. Fruit drinks may taste nice and feel great on a hot day, but a lot of them contain a lot of sugars which is unhealthy. Instead, try to drink fresh juices so that you are getting your nutrients as well as healthy, natural sugars.
4. Clogged pores cause acne and other skin problems. Oils build up and are trapped in your skin. This is especially true when it’s hot outside and you are sweating. To help combat this, be sure to use some facial scrubs once a week and wash your face daily a few times.
