6. Avoid eating on the go
It is widely accepted that if you eat while doing something else you will eat more. For a start, if you don’t concentrate on what you are eating, you will lose track of how much you have eaten. Make the simple commitment not to eat in your workspace or in front of the TV, but instead sit down at a table, and you will find that you eat less.
