8. Eat real food, just eat less
If you cut out all the foods that you love in an attempt to lose weight, then you are far more likely to give in and binge. A little of what you like won’t do any harm, just be sure that it is a part of a balanced diet and you cut down on your overall portion sizes.
9. Cut down on takeaway food
Getting food delivered to your door is nice and convenient, but takeaway food is, in general, some of the most fattening food that you can eat.
