10. Get your exercise where you can
You don’t need to go to a gym or follow a formal exercise routine to lose weight, though it would obviously help, you can get more exercise simply by thinking fit, in your day to day life. Take the healthier option of walking, rather than driving, the stairs instead of the elevator and just by putting a little more effort into everything you drop can help to raise your heart rate and burn off some calories. This, combined with some sensible eating, will all help you lose weight, effortlessly.
