7. Try a beer rinse
Beer is a great hair conditioner and it contains all the right nutrients to help make your hair stronger. Give your hair a rinse through with beer after you have shampooed and leave it in your hair for about ten minutes before you rinse it out again. The dark beers are usually the best, because they contain more of the ingredients that will make your hair strong, shiny, and soft.
8. Brush your hair from tip to root
You could be causing split ends by the way that you brush your hair. For a start, you should be using a soft bristled brush because hard, inflexible bristles will snag on tangles and pull at your hair too roughly. It’s also best to start brushing your hair at the tips and work your away up.
