Go Out For A Meal

A few years ago, I used to be really hard on myself. I went through a period where I was forcing myself to cook my own meals each night because it was healthier.

But although my diet was healthy, the fact that I was cooking my meals at 9PM after another earth-shatteringly stressful day at work totally offset any benefits I was deriving from the food. I was frustrated, and eventually I had a meltdown. I literally couldn’t face cooking and washing up anymore.
