10. Eat with your left hand (If you are right handed)
Eating snacks with your less dominant hand, your left hand if you are right handed, will make you far more conscious of what you are doing. Mindless eating occurs when you are not thinking at all about what you are doing and dipping into the cookie jar with your less dominant hand will force you to concentrate on your eating more.
