1) Learn to love yourself, because from healthy self-love and self-respect starts love and respect toward others. Even Bible says: ‘Love your neighbour as you love yourself.’ (Matthew 22:39)
2) Exercise to reduce stress in your life. Physical exercise is not only good for the body but also for your mind because by exercising, you get rid of some of the stress in a healthy way instead of through emotional eating or getting easily angry at loved ones who did not have anything to do with why you are stressed out.

3) Sleep well at night but not before praying first. When you pray before going to sleep, you are asking God for a good night’s rest and you can ask Him for forgiveness for the wrongs you committed. Also pray for others to be blessed in their lives.
4) Spend quality time with loved ones. You will be a happier person in life if you do not take your loved ones for granted. Call your relatives and friends during the week and invite them to your home for a nice lunch or dinner.
