1. Every night – or morning depending on your routine – massage your scalp for about 15 minutes after you get out of the bath or shower. Massaging your scalp helps to provide oxygen and stimulate growth.

2. Make a mixture with a combination of Aloe Vera gel and coconut milk. Take the mixture and massage it gently into your scalp and spread throughout your hair. Let this sit and soak in your hair for about 30 minutes and then rinse well with warm water. This should be repeated about three times a week.
