They also have resistance levels on them so you can increase them when you start building up strength and losing weight. If you’re the type that needs something that’s a bit ergonomic, then an exercise bike may be perfect for you. These will come with larger seats if you choose a recumbent type of machine which will provide more support, and it will help to disperse weight comfortably for all body types. For some, this is a much more comfortable way to work out and it isn’t a painful process to use these due to the fact that it will hold the body in an upright position.
