Dr. Sears is a popular doctor and has been for several years. This delicious smoothie recipe also contains chocolate (seeing a pattern here??) and it is really easy to make. These simple ingredients can be found in most grocery stores. Have fun:
1 scoop of chocolate flavored multi-nutrient protein powder
1 cup rice milk (or cow, soy, almond)
½ cup frozen blueberries
3 or 4 frozen strawberries
Mix everything in the blender and enjoy!.

Here’s another one from the popular Dr. Sears. This one is perfect for adults and kids love it, too. You cannot go wrong with this recipe that contains not only vitamins and protein, but antioxidants, folate, and iron, too. It turns a pretty color which makes it even more attractive to kids.
1 scoop multi-nutrient protein powder; vanilla-flavored
2/3 cup carrot juice
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
½ frozen banana (for more sweetness)
½ cup uncooked kale or spinach
Mix everything in a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute.

Dr. Oz knows how to help people get healthy. Green foods do, too. His green drink might not sound like the best tasting smoothie, but you will be pleasantly surprised by how good it tastes with the natural sugars and citrus flavors. The recipe makes so much that you will be able to drink the smoothly for breakfast and for lunch – making your day even healthier.
2 cups spinach
1/4 head of celery
1 bunch mint
1/2 bunch parsley
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Serve and enjoy!
