Taking a shower and washing your hair after every workout is not always practical. For many women it actually becomes a reason they don’t go workout at lunch or on a break. Instead of skipping the workout, why not find a new way to fix your hair so that you can quickly get back to work. It can make your lunch time much more productive and energizing.
1. Don’t Downplay the Up-Do
While you might not want to just put your hair in a ponytail, you can still do a quick up-do in order to get on the road without washing your hair. Flipping up the back in a clip is a quick way to get going fast. If you have bangs just do a quick blow-dry with a round brush and you will be on your way.
2. Use a Comb Not a Brush
Brushes tend to frizz out certain types of hair and are not good for wet hair in any way. Use a wide bristled comb to just get your hair back in order. It saves you from wrecking your hair and having to start from scratch. Your style from before the work out should “pop” back and you will have much less work to do.
3. Use a Spritz to Put Life Back Into Your Hair
