A turkey burger actually contains more fat than a beef burger does if the meat is made with a higher percentage of dark meat.

Although from a calorie standpoint artificial sugar cuts the number down but when it comes to the health of your brain and your life expectancy, they are actually horrible for you.

When you use synthetic sweeteners it can hinder your bodily digestion. It can cause you to bloat and it can even keep your body from burning fat like it should. Avoid soda and artificial sweetener to improve the overall health of your body and mind.

3. Lower Intake of Vitamins

According to research the women who take more vitamins into their diet actually have less of an appetite than women who do not. This is due to the fact that when the body is deficient of the vitamins and nutrients that it needs, it sends the body hunger signals. Vitamins help to keep a balanced body. Enrich your body and food with vitamins accordingly and you will avoid extra calories.

 

4. Eating Fruit

Anyone who knows how to diet is aware of how confusing it is to incorporate fruit into a diet. On one hand it is beneficial to weight loss and on the other hand it contains a high amount of sugar and carbohydrates. Fruits are actually banned for people who are on a low-carbohydrate regime.
