7 Ways to Repair Cracked Cuticles

It’s a product that contains Vitamin E and sweet almond oils. These are extremely effective in moisturizing the nail bed. It is also effective on dry heels and elbows.

 3. Nails

If you have a job that consists of a lot of physical work and it’s tearing your nails and your hands apart, see if it’s possible to wear gloves at work. For your nails, there are some protective nail polishes which will keep them from cracking and it will prevent any hang nails from catching.


 4. Diet
