1. Dink more water. 8 out of 10 times we think we’re hungry, we’re actually just thirsty. A glass of water will keep extra inches off your waist, and your body will stop sending you false signals.
2. Practice acupuncture. Massage the spot between your upper lip and your nose for 2-3 minutes. You will no longer have overly persistent appetite.
3. Try breathing exercises. It breaks down fats, which means it will help you replenish energy. Taking a couple dozens of deep breaths will help suppress sugar cravings.
4. Get enough sleep every day. We’re more likely to overeat when we’re tired or sleepy. All because a lack of sleep increases the production of ghrelin, while the levels of leptin go down. Thus, the more you sleep, the thinner you are.
