1. CHOOSE THE RIGHT BLUSH FOR YOUR SKIN TONE
Women with dark skin can pull off blush beautifully on their skin and they have the freedom to experiment with bolder colors for blush more than those with pale or olive skin. If you are choosing a blush, you want to choose a blush with a deep red, deep orange, violet or green overtone. Avoid dark earth tones for blush such as dark brown, tan or beige.
2. GET THE SHIMMER FOR EYE MAKEUP
