1. Cold. In order to relieve cold or hay fever symptoms, find an acupuncture point on your hand located on your palm between your middle finger and your ring finger. Use your thumb to gently massage it in circular motions for 2 minutes, clockwise and counterclockwise. This massage works if you have sinusitis, and suffer from headaches around you eyes and nasal area. Cure stuffy nose by tightly clenching the tips of your fingers together for a few seconds, then relaxing them. Repeat 5-6 times.

2. Back pains. Use the tip of your thumb on your right hand to move along the thumb on your left hand while applying strong pressure. This part of your hand is linked to your spine.
