Warm milk is a good way to relieve your nerves so that you can sleep better because milk has tryptophan, an amino acid that puts your brain in a resting mood. Instead of adding cocoa powder, add honey to the warm milk because honey is a soothing remedy for a variety of health reasons.
Eat Some Carbs
It is a known fact that carbs are not only delicious but they are helpful in giving you a good night’s sleep.
