1. Stretch the balloon.
2. When you get your balloons blown up, tie them in a knot.
3. Put the chocolate in a pot and heat it up until it melts.
4. Take the balloon and dip it in the chocolate. The balloon should not touch the pot, because if it gets too hot, it will pop.
