Wall Squats

To do wall squats, you would put your back against the wall and then you would have your feet a few inches apart from each other. Lean on the wall with your feet still apart and then you begin squatting your legs and thighs while holding your back, head and neck in a straight and upright position. Repeat this exercise ten to twenty times.

Walking Up and Down Stairs

This is a simple way to tone the thighs and lose weight at the same. The maximum amount of time to walk up and down the stairs should be at least thirty minutes, and drink water in between workouts. When doing your exercises on the stairs, wear comfortable clothing and shoes so that you will not feel overheated as you exercise.
