People have different experiences when their bodies decide how to react to the stressful situation; so, people need to learn how their bodies about those reactions so they can prepare for those physical reactions. When people work on managing their stress, they need understand a few things about their bodies and minds. They include things like managing emotions, preparing for stressful situations, controlling the attitude, accessing the support systems, maintaining health and fitness, and getting enough sleep. Each person has to figure out what helps them manage their stress and remain as calm as possible during situations that could be overwhelming.
