7. Exercise will help too
Another way to improve your circulation and reduce cellulite is to get some exercise. Running, walking, and swimming will all help and, if you spend long periods of time sitting at a desk during the day, getting up and having stretch will help too. Your mom might be to blame for your cellulite, because it is thought that some people are just more genetically prone to developing the condition than others are.
