1. Go Walking or Jogging
This is a good way to relieve stress so you can reduce skin problems that cause irritation and a not so neat physical appearance. As you go walking or jogging, you can listen to relaxing music on your iPod and if you find this exercise boring at times, call a friend and invite him to go walking with you two days out of the week. Make sure you walk for at least one to two hours in the park to get the most out of your workout.
