Preheat the stove to 375 degrees. While the meatballs can be made from scratch if you choose, you can also use precooked frozen meatballs for this recipe. Just let them sought out and slice each one in half so they are the appropriate size.
Separate the can of biscuit dough so two layers of the dough are together. Cut the string cheese into four pieces per stick. Late one piece of dough with a piece of cheese on top of it, the half a meatball next and the other piece of biscuit dough on top. Wrap the dough around the fillings and pinch the edges close.
Arrange these stuffed biscuits on a flat pan and sprinkle them with the herbs, spices and parmigiana cheese as you like. Bake them until they are golden brown and serve while hot with a side dish of tasty tomato sauce.
