Consuming too much sugar, coffee, or salt shows on your face. Alcohol may reflect on your skin by dehydrating it and making it look dull and old. Too much salt or coffee does the same thing. If you are consuming a lot of sugar, it may cause elastin and collagen breakdown.

DO NOT OVER-CLEANSE YOUR FACE
