5. Eat and drink healthy

Don’t underestimate how important your diet is to the health of your hair. Keeping yourself hydrated and eating plenty of protein and omega-3 rich foods, like fish, will have a major impact on how your hair looks and how quickly it grows.

6. Oil treatments

Hot oil treatments for hair are one of the oldest in the book. Applying natural oil to your hair nourishes and moisturises it and natural oils are very close in composition to your own oils, so they are absorbed better than off-the-shelf products. Try a mix of half coconut oil and half castor oil.
